Alex Waters
Racing driver, manufacturer coach and driver mentor. Twenty-five years inside professional motorsport, from British karting and Formula Ford to GP2 tests, LMP1 development driving and a Red Bull F1 program nod, then sixteen years teaching customers of the world's most demanding car makers how to drive their cars properly. Now based in Bozeman, Montana, and founder of EVESO, an automotive haven offering deeded private garages, maintenance, detailing, asset management, vehicle purchasing consultancy, logistics concierge and a clubhouse, alongside a year-round, experience-led members' club.

Trained and qualified as an instructor at Silverstone, where he worked for four years before moving into manufacturer and private coaching.
- 2008Red Bull F1 Team program
Recognised as one to watch and involved in the Red Bull F1 driver program in 2008–09.
- 2009McLaren: driver coach, 16 years
Coached McLaren owners and customers at launches, track days and brand events worldwide, across the full road and GT range.
- Manufacturer coaching
Instructed for Bentley, Aston Martin, Ferrari, BMW, Porsche, Audi, Mercedes-AMG, Rolls-Royce, Jaguar, Lamborghini, Maserati and others at launches, corporate days and customer programs.
