How The Driver Coach handles your information

The Driver Coach (a trading name of Alex Waters Racing LLC, Bozeman, Montana) collects only what's needed to build and deliver your review and run the business. This page says what that is, where it goes and how to get it removed. Questions: [email protected].

1. What we collect

Contact and order details: your name, email, car, track and the notes you write, plus which plan you bought and how many reviews you have left.
Your uploads: onboard video, data-logger files and any links you paste. Video may show you, your passengers, your number plate and other cars.
Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We see your name, email and what you bought; we never see or store card numbers.
Technical basics: the usual server logs (IP address, browser, time) kept by our hosting providers to run and secure the service.

We don't use advertising trackers. The upload page remembers your details in your own browser to save you retyping them; clear your browser storage to remove that.

2. What we use it for

Building your review, sending it to you, answering your questions and keeping your pack credits straight.
Emailing you about your order and your reviews. We don't send marketing email unless you ask for it.
The anonymised members archive and promotion, as described in our terms: names, faces, helmets and number plates are hidden by default, and nothing that identifies you is published without your separate written agreement.

3. Who else sees it

Only the services we use to run The Driver Coach: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website, uploads and file storage), Resend (email) and Google (fonts and search indexing). Each only receives what it needs for its job. We don't sell your information and don't share it with anyone else, except if the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

Uploads and review files: for as long as needed to deliver and support your review, and to maintain the anonymised archive. Email download links expire after 14 days.
Order and contact details: for as long as you hold credits with us, then for the period tax and accounting rules require.
Ask us to delete your uploads and review at any time and we'll do it within 30 days, apart from anything we must keep for accounting.

5. Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have your uploads and review deleted, or ask us not to include your review in the archive. Email [email protected]. If you're in the EU, UK, California or another place with privacy rights, those rights apply and we'll honour them.

6. Children

The service is for drivers aged 18 and over. If a parent or guardian buys a review for a younger driver, the parent is our customer and this policy applies to them.

7. Security

Uploads travel over HTTPS and are stored in private cloud storage. Review pages are reachable only through private links that aren't listed by search engines. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your links to yourself.

8. Changes

If this policy changes materially we'll update the date at the top and, for anything significant, tell active customers by email.
