Send one lap of video from any camera, with a data file if you have one. Video on its own gets a narrated coaching review recorded over your lap. Video with data gets a full data review against a reference lap. Either way, a written debrief with the key areas for focus and improvement. No travel, no waiting for a coach to be at your track.
Real reviews, coach vs client side by side, live in the Briefing Room for Inside Line members →How it works
Onboard video from any camera (GoPro, phone, dash cam, sim capture). Data from VBOX, MoTeC or iRacing helps but isn't required.
Video only: a narrated coaching review recorded over your onboard, with a brief breakdown at each corner: vision, braking, steering, throttle timing, what to change. Video with data: a full data review instead, your traces overlaid against a reference lap and explained corner by corner (real examples are in the Briefing Room for Inside Line members). Both come with a written debrief: the key areas for focus and improvement, three priorities and a drill.
You leave with three priorities and one specific exercise for your next session. Add a 30-minute call if you want to talk it through.

FAQ
It depends on what you send. Video only: a narrated coaching review recorded over your lap, with a brief breakdown at each corner. Video with a data file: a full data review instead, your traces overlaid against a reference lap and explained corner by corner (real examples are in the Briefing Room for Inside Line members); with data in hand the narration isn't needed. Both come with a written debrief: the key areas for focus and improvement, the three things costing you the most time, and a drill for your next session. : a Sebring race weekend, names removed.
No. The more data the better, so a data file is better than none, but it is not essential. Without a logger we work from what the video shows: your hands, the brake and throttle timing, the line and the speed you carry, and that is enough to find lap time. With a data file you get the full overlay against a reference lap instead.
Your best lap only, trimmed, from a forward-facing camera, ideally showing the steering wheel. Phone footage is fine. One lap is 100–200 MB and uploads in minutes; a whole session is gigabytes, so trim first (Photos on an iPhone, QuickTime on a Mac, Photos or Clipchamp on Windows, or export the single lap from your logger software). Still big? The uploader links a free one-click HandBrake preset, or upload to YouTube as unlisted and paste the link. No reference lap needed, but if you have one (a coach's or a faster team-mate's lap, with its data) send it too and the review becomes a side-by-side comparison, coach lap against yours. If you have a logger file for that lap, include it, but the review works from video alone.
VBOX, MoTeC exports and sim telemetry from iRacing. If yours isn't listed, send it anyway.
Any of these, up to 12 files and 6 GB per file, in one go:
There is no file-type filter on the uploader: if your logger makes it, we can open it.
When you pay, you get an email with your personal upload link and the number of reviews in your pack. Use the same link every time; it prefills your details and shows which review you're on. Add all the files for a session before you press send, as each send counts as one review (anything sent within 12 hours of your first send is added to the same review; after that the window closes and your review is built). Lost the link? Go to the upload page, enter the email you paid with, and it's re-sent.
Within 24 hours of your upload window closing, or 12 hours with the $100 fast-track add-on offered after you upload (fast track isn't available for uploads made between 10pm and 1am Mountain time). Same-day turnaround on a race weekend can be arranged in advance.
Yes, and it's a specialty. Low-grip surfaces expose technique faster than tarmac; the same review format works for ice racing, rally-style driving and winter car control. Alex races and coaches at the FAT Ice Race in Big Sky, featured in Bloomberg Businessweek.
No. The fastest improvement usually comes in the first few sessions, and the review is pitched at the level you're at.
